For our families

Birthday treats & snack drop-off

Celebrating your Young Star’s birthday with the class? Tell us what you’d like to bring and which day, and we’ll have it ready — and we’ll check it against the class’s allergies first.

How it works

Three things, and none of them are complicated

1

Tell us a few days ahead

Anything from a week to the night before is fine. It gives the directors time to work five minutes into the rehearsal rather than stopping it.

2

Store-bought is perfect

Sealed and labelled is easiest for us to check against the class's allergies. Homemade is welcome too — just tell us what's in it.

3

Drop off at the front desk

Bring it when you drop your student off. No need to carry it into the studio, and no need to stay.

Book a birthday treat drop-off

One form, and the office, the directors and the front desk all know. You don’t need to email as well, and you don’t need an account.

Please tell us what’s in it, even roughly. Several Young Stars carry EpiPens, and the office checks this against the class before the day — it is much kinder than turning a treat away at the door.

This goes straight to the YSMT office. You don’t need to email as well.

Something more involved in mind? We host birthday parties at the theatre, too.
